By accessing or using Relix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Relix is a customer relationship management (CRM) tool designed for solo consultants and small businesses. The Service allows you to:

  • Sync and manage emails from your Gmail account
  • Track leads and opportunities in a visual pipeline
  • Set follow-up reminders for your contacts
  • Send emails through your Gmail account
  • Log activities and maintain contact history

3. Account Registration

To use Relix, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Authorize access to your Gmail account
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Gmail Integration

By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize Relix to:

  • Read emails from your Gmail inbox
  • Send emails on your behalf
  • Access email metadata (subject, sender, date)

You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Relix to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited emails
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Distribute malware or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Reverse engineer or copy the Service

6. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your data (leads, emails, notes, activities). Relix does not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Payment Terms

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • Fees are charged monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • You can cancel anytime; service continues until end of billing period

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Fail to pay fees when due
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Use the Service in a way that harms others or the Service

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

  • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of data
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Relix harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of others.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law
