1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Relix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Relix is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool designed for small agencies. We provide tools for lead management, invoicing, and team collaboration.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we determine are using the Service for illegal activities or abuse.

4. Free & Paid Services

Relix is currently provided as a "Free for Early Adopters" service. We reserve the right to introduce paid subscription plans in the future. However, founding members will be notified well in advance of any changes, and we aim to honor early-access commitments where possible.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by you or other users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Relix and its licensors.Your Data: You retain full ownership of the leads, contacts, and data you input into the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

In no event shall Relix, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
